DECLARATION OF THE MANAGEMENT OF ELIA Plc ON THE QUALITY POLICY,
HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK
As a management of ELIA Plc we recognize that our development and prosperity depend on the actual results in the performance of the expectations of our clients, partners, employees and other stakeholders regarding the quality of our products and safety and health at work.
Based on conscious responsibilities, the management of ELIA Plc declares that:
1. Improves the management of the company towards identifying and developing of profitable for the company processes in times of economic crisis.
2. The high quality of products, including full compliance with the essential requirements for them and ensuring healthy and safe working conditions, are personal commitment of each member of the company's management.
3. Ensures strict adherence to the laws and regulations applicable to the company by conducting of appropriate training of staff and ensures control of their execution.
4. Ensures strict compliance with the legal requirements in terms of production control, health and safety at work and environmental protection through effective functioning of Integrated Management System based on international quality standards (BDS EN ISO 9001:2008) and health and safety at work (BS OHSAS 18001:2007), which develops and improves continuously.
5. Provides the necessary resources to implement the quality policy and health and safety at all levels in the company, including commitment to reduce morbidity and prevent injuries.
6. Provides priority of goals and objectives for improving the quality and health and safety condidions.
7. Organizes and conducts annual reviews of the system and conducts actions for continuous improvement of the activities.
8. Provides access and promotes its policy among stakeholders.
The policy of ELIA Plc in terms of quality and health and safety at work is publicly announced and explained to all staff of the company.
The principles and rules established with the procedures and regulatory and technical documentation are required to be implemented and respected by all who work in the company.
