and after the reconstruction
As an answer to the necessity
for reconstruction and modernization of morally and
physically old MV switchgears, built in the 60s, ELIA
Plc. constructively and technologically developed methods
for the change of primary and secondary commutation
of the existing MV switchgears. The reconstruction of
the primary commutation includes area of movable withdrawable
cartridge. In its plant conditions, ELIA has made a
new one with mounted vacuum breaker and new panel-interlocks
and fixers for the cell and afterward full constructive
and sketch adaptation of the existing MV-DS.
The introduction of blocks
for protection and operation developed on the basis
of digital technology in the reconstruction of the secondary
commutation, gives the possibility for integration of
all necessary functions for control, measurement, protection
and operation in one self-diagnostic and simple service
device, which gives the possibility for high select
and build-up of operating centralized system.
