OF MV POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS
MIDDLE VOLTAGE (MV) SWITCHGEARS
Following
the Bulgarian traditions in the production of MV equipment
for solving the specific engineering projects, based on
the most up-to-date methods for design and based on the
European standards, ELIA’s specialists together with
Siemens developed indoor switchgear configurations with
rated voltages of 6, 10, 20 kV, worked out and tested in
Germany.
The primary commutation
us carried out by vacuum circuit breakers of the latest
design, and the secondary commutataion is executed through
microprocessor blocks which include all the necessary functions
for protection, control and measurment in a single block.
The microprocessor relay has the possibilities for self-monitoring
and incorporation in a central control system.
The design of the
single switchgear and the whole substation is made pursuant
to the specific task and in accordance with the other parts
